Jon Proctor has been with Crozier since 2006 and currently leads the land development team across all offices with a deep understanding of water resources and civil design. Recently, in 2023, Jon became an Associate Partner.
As a professional engineer and project manager he liaises with multi-disciplinary teams, sub-consultants, clients, and regulatory agencies to provide progressive design solutions for a range of private land development projects in our Collingwood office.
Jon’s proficiencies include advanced floodplain and stormwater analyses utilizing both hydrologic and hydraulic modeling in support of functional servicing studies, detailed design of residential and commercial developments, surface water investigations and monitoring programs, natural hazard assessments and natural channel design. He is also experienced in on-site contract administration.
Jon provides technical mentorship to junior staff in water resources, servicing & grading design and the preparation and review of technical studies and drawings.
He is an avid outdoorsman and a local Scout leader, promoting staff, interns and co-op involvement in volunteer activities and outings.
