With proven leadership and effective communication skills, Janet joined Crozier in 2016, with a mandate to work with the senior management team to review HR policies and put into place strong and timely strategies for recruitment, staff development, and retention to take the company through its next phases of growth. She is a part of the Board of Directors and has been an Associate since 2018.
Janet has over 20 years of progressive management in recruiting strategy, HR policy development, employee relations, training and on-boarding, legal compliance, and project management within the professional services and hospitality/resort industries.
In addition, Janet works with local communities, as well as colleges and universities throughout Ontario, to identify/explore partnering opportunities aimed at candidate sourcing, recruitment and employee retention.
Building on her extensive HR background, Janet has been a key leader across all offices, taking a leadership role over the entire corporate services team. Appointed as the firm’s Director, Corporate Services in 2025, she collaborates seamlessly as a trusted advisor across all teams, playing an integral role within finance, marketing and communications, and IT. Janet also supports the executive team by overseeing the day-to-day operations of the corporate services group while supporting the evolving needs of our technical services team.
